![]() This doesn't at all mean your fan or fans on HSF are botched. ![]() Go to your BIOS, and just change to ignore so it won't care what the fan speed is. I have already tried changing the thermal paste too, but it does not seem to be anything to do with the problem at hand as temps have always been the same. I did try a small old cpu fan and didn't seem to be a problem, is there anything that could be wrong with the cpu fan or could it be my mother board settings? saying that I haven't changed anything for a long time so I cannot see the settings being the issue. ![]() I bought this cheap cooler a few years back with the rest of my pc and has not been a problem until recently, I get a cpu fan error message upon cold starts and have to exit it out of the bios to continue to windows and then it works just as it always does. ![]()
